Thursday, March 4, 2021 — Things had mostly been pretty quiet since Sean Lee Bowman (son to Brian Lee Bowman and Connie Bowman [Amos]) and Connie Bowman (Amos) were each paid $1,000.00 by Helen Bowman (Brian Lee Bowman's mother) to leave and never return. That happened around a year ago. Helen Bowman's cousin Rose (who lives in Junction City) had asked my wife, Ellen Asher, to please keep her informed of any infractions by either Sean or Connie. There have been several visits by those people and Ellen has texted Rose letting her know what was happening. Rose has always expressed thanks for those texts, but we are unsure as to what action may have been taken by or towards any of those above named individuals.

Yesterday I, Sam Asher, was returning from errands and noticed a car in front of Helen Bowman's residence at 1375 Golden Avenue (our immediate neighbor to the North) that I recognized as belonging to Connie Bowman (Amos). Soon I recognized her voice and then briefly saw her. I told Ellen about this and she texted Rose. Rose texted back a thank you.

Today I was working out in our back yard and our two dogs (Mr. Darcy — 9-year old male black labrador, and Ms. Leeba — 8-year old female German Shepherd) were with me. I was in and out of my shop so I was not outdoors the entire time. Eventually I started mowing our back lawn and so I sent the dogs inside and shut the doggie door so they could not come out. A short while later Ellen opened the back door and shooed them out because Mr. Darcy was throwing up — a very rare occurence.

I went in to clean everything up and noticed that the vomit was primarily large, square yellow chunks. I asked Ellen if she had given the dogs pineapple or other large, square yellow chunks of anything. She had not, and neither had I.

Brian Lee Bowman has a long history of throwing things over the fence that separates our two properties. No other properties have both: 1- access to our back yard, and 2- residents inclined to give things to our dogs without our knowledge and permission. We don't know what the large, square yellow chunks were that Darcy ate, but he was quite violently ill from them for awhile. Mr. Darcy seems OK now, having eaten his normal supper this evening. Since we don't know what the large, square yellow chunks were, we hope he will be all right.

We are now going back to having no communication with Bowman family members since we are unwilling to risk the lives of our dogs for this cause.
